Next Siege Date-1/17/09

Hello all! Our next silent siege date is this Saturday, January 17th, 2009. We will meet for carpool at 7 am, siege from 8-10 and then be back at our carpooling spot by 10:30am. Novena to stop FOCA – please mark you calendar for January 11th for fasting/prayer until the Congress decides on the 21st or 22nd

 

For those of you who do not know, the Freedom of Choice Act (FOCA) [also know as freedom to kill act] is set to be signed if congress passes it on January 21-22 of 2009. The FOCA is the next sad chapter in the book of abortion. If made a law, virtually all limitations on abortion will be lifted, which will result in the following:

1) All hospitals, including Christian hospitals would be required to perform abortions upon request. If this were to happen, some U.S. Bishops have indicated they will closing down (and not sell) Catholic hospitals rather than perform abortions or cooperate with those who do abortions – more than 30% of all hospitals in the United States are Catholic.

2) Partial birth abortions would be legal and have no limitations.

3) All U.S. tax payers would be funding abortions.

4) Parental notification will no longer be required.

5) The number of abortions could increase by as much as 100,000 annually.  Currently, there are 4000+ surgical abortions performed each day.  More than 50 million abortions have occurred in the US since Roe vs. Wade.

Perhaps most importantly the government would then have control in the issue of abortion. This could result in a future amendment that would force women by law to have abortions in certain situations (down syndrome babies, etc) and could even regulate how many children a woman is allowed to have.

Needless to say this information is disturbing, but sadly true. As Christians, as anyone who is against the killing of innocent children, we must stand as one. We must stop this horrific act before it becomes a law.

Mercy!

Hi. I just felt impressed, in the middle of my workday, to write this.

To the women who have had abortions: There is MERCY and FORGIVENESS. No matter what anyone does, there is ALWAYS forgiveness. Jesus’ blood is ALWAYS good enough to cover any sin. I ache for your hurt. I know many girls, that I have treasured friendships with, who have had abortions, and they are struggling under the weight of their regret and sorrow over having an abortion. I am so sorry that you are living like that. But you don’t have to anymore! Jesus Christ WILL forgive you. He can lift that burden from you and wash you clean. Jesus WANTS to! He LOVES you! He gave His LIFE for yours! He wants you to live a life to the fullest. But, for this precious gift  being offered, the one condition for you, is that you accept it. Ask Jesus to forgive you, confess that you KNOW what you did was sin, and you hate it now! He knows how you are feeling and He wants to heal you from this wound. But you have to give it to Him! If you’re saying ‘All I want is peace, to not have to think about what I did every day of my life.’ Well, I tell you the truth, this is the only way you can be set free from condemnation. You must confess it as sin, and ask Jesus to clean you. You WILL be able to feel His peace covering you. And you WILL be washed clean. He has mercy and compassion on the needy and afflicted, the wounded and the broken. He desires for you to walk into His open arms.

When Jesus spoke to me and said, “I want you to be with me, Carol, I died for you to be with me.” I realized something. This was the first time anyone has EVER loved me, unconditionally. Regardless of anything I have ever done, even spitting in His face and saying He isn’t real or if He was, He didn’t care about me. He forgave me. He brought peace into my soul. So even when my life is chaos, I have His peace within me. It changed my life. For real. I’m not talking about I started living a life full of rules and regulations, I’m saying I lived a life of FREEDOM. I didn’t have to walk under the weight of my sin anymore. Not that I didn’t sin, just when I did, I confessed and repented and was set free! Please, I don’t know where I would be now if I hadn’t found Christ’s hand reaching toward me in the middle of my dark life. Where will you be in a year if you don’t take His hand?

Silent siege-Oct 18

Hello all! We will be having our monthly silent siege tomorrow morning, Saturday, October 18th! I’m so sorry about the delay in this post, I just got back into the country, so please forgive me!  

We will meet at the Target parking lot on exit 140 in Burlingon at 7:00am and will all carpool from there to the abortion clinic in Greensboro. We should be back in Burlington around 10:30.

abortion number 1 issue in election

Hi everyone! This just encouraged me and i wanted to share it with everyone i can! We MUST MUST MUST vote for a pro-life president, one who will stand for righteousness and justice as it pertains to God’s standard of leadership! America NEEDS a governement that will overturn Roe V. Wade and begin to build up the foundation of America upon the cornerstone of Jesus Christ! For this election, Abortion is a HUGE issue, barack obama and john mccain stand on completely opposite ends of the spectrum. Look at the two sites i have for you

so there you have it, you can read plainly stated where these two candidates stand, from both of their official websites.

I will be posting more information about this, why abortion is the NUMBER ONE issue in this election and etc, but for now, ill leave it at this. Looking in the scriptures God has wiped out nation after nation for the shedding of innocent blood. (even His own chosen people in the book of Isaiah). Those who are guilty of innocent blood on their hands, WILL be recompensed, it is so clear in the Bible, that God does NOT tolerate it! He has MERCY and He is gracious in giving time for a nation to return and repent, but if they CHOOSE willingly NOT to end the bloodshed, then He, by His nature has to bring JUSTICE to an UNJUST nation!

There are several other issues being debated in this election, but i beg of you, oh PLEASE, do not overlook this issue of murder and injustice. It doesnt matter about what the candidates can do for our economy, we wont have an AMERICA anymore if we dont end abortion! YES i want the governement to overturn Roe vs. Wade, and YES i want abortion to be made illegal, but more than anything, i pray that the hearts of the mothers and the fathers would be turned back to the children, that murder in the name of ‘terminating a pregnancy’  would no longer be swept under the rug as a womans ‘choice’, but it would be recognized for what it is, taking the life of a defenseless infant who never got the chance for LIFE.

JESUS I PLEAD YOUR BLOOD OVER MY SINS AND THE SINS OF MY NATION. GOD END ABORTION AND SEND REVIVAL TO AMERICA.

Bound4LIFE SILENT siege

So this past saturday, we had our monthly silent siege. i want to make it very clear that any who were wondering, out sieges are SILENT. we do not PROTEST, we do not PICKET, we do not PREACH, we do not have signs, banners, or anything of the sort. this saturday when we arrived at the abortion clinic, there were two church groups gathered around the driveway entrance, handing out brochures, as well as one guy was shouting about the Bible and what it says about abortion and yelling at the girls that were going in, as well as the abortionist. It broke my heart to hear these things coming from a man that claims to love God, and as he finished a statement about how basically God hates them for what they are doing, he would end his statement with “I’m here because I love you, and because God loves you”. I pray this man understands the weightiness of the things he says, and the spirit he says them in.

It was hard for me to listen to it, i was torn between anger, and hurt. I was angry at this man (and i had to repent for it) for how he was representing God. It wasnt right, i know that much but it was not my place to judge him, it is my place to pray for him! I was hurt because i knew that these girls needed to hear the LOVE of God for them, not the judgement. Yes, there is judgement and accountability for their actions, but first, their should be the opportunity for salvation and redemption from what they were doing or had done.

 So i just wanted to make it clear that Bound4LIFE is NOT a part of that ministry, we desire mercy over judgement for the girls that are thinking about abortion, and we desire they would FEEL and KNOW the true love of God. So if anyone saw our wall of prayer with LIFE tape, we were not in any way associated with the other two groups closer to the building.

Keep praying for the ending of abortion, keep praying for mercy for these girls and women, keep praying that God would get in their way, and Jesus would manifest Himself as the Bridegroom King, and the Father would show His heart for them!

Silent Siege 9/13/08

Hi everyone! We normall have our silent siege on the 3rd Saturday of every month, however, this month we will be doing it on the 2nd, because our dear friends John and Gracey from the International House of Prayer- Alamance County (www.ihop-ac.org) are getting married on the 20th! Bless God for Holy Matrimony! May they raise their children in holiness! SO anyways, we will be doing this siege pretty early, 8 am -10pm instead of the normal 10-12 because the abortion schedule starts at 8am, so the girls that are planning on aborting are going in about that time, so we want to be there when that happens, so that perhaps, with our prayers going up in the spiritual realm, an angel would be sent to these precious girls who are so lost, and that God would show them mercy and tenderness and they would walk away from that place with life still growing inside of them!
